T.I. I’m Back Video Official Premiere
T.I. I’m Back Video Official Premiere – T.I. has unleashed the video for his first post-prison single “I’m Back” which is the street anthem off his forthcoming King Uncaged album. Release
In the video, the rapper is seen celebrating his freedom by hitting the recording booth and driving his Ferrari around an Atlanta neighborhood. “I’m Back” is a street anthem to introduce T.I.’s upcoming studio effort titled King Uncaged. The album was originally scheduled to be released on August 24 but has been moved up to a week earlier on August 17.
In addition to preparing to drop a new album, the self-proclaimed “King of the South” is also working on a mixtape with DJ Drama and rumored to team up with Rick Ross in one of his “Teflon Don” songs, reports AceShowBiz.com. Most recently, T.I. flew to Los Angeles to film a music video for “Hello, Good Morning,” a single from P. Diddy’s Dirty Money.
While in Los Angeles, the hip-hop star threw a star-studded bash to celebrate his return from prison.
T.I. was joined by the likes of Jamie Foxx, Usher and Diddy at L.A. hot spot Guys and Dolls on Sunday night at his welcome-home party, according to NY Daily News.
“The past is the past – what we have is the future, and your future is bright, my friend,” Foxx said, alluding to the 10 months T.I. spent in jail for illegal weapons possession.
Others on hand to welcome T.I., also known as TIP, back on the music scene included Lil Kim, Rick Ross and Amber Rose, who arrived sans Kanye West.
Later in the evening Foxx and T.I. performed their new track, “Winner,” when the man of the hour addressed the crowd, calling life behind bars a “humbling experience.”
“I’m so happy to be with all of you tonight,” he said. “And I cannot thank you enough for being here.”
T.I. also took time to pay homage to his friend and fellow rapper Lil Wayne who is serving a year-long prison sentence. “There are still people in the hip-hop community that need our support,” he said. “So I ask everybody to please raise your glasses for Lil Wayne.”
