Nicki Minaj Massive Attack Single Cover – Nicki Minaj has designed a very interesting cover for her upcoming debut album and her first single. They always say you shouldn’t judge a book by a cover and I guess that’s true for album covers as well right? I have to say I am not too excited for this one though. The font on the cover has kind of an old school look to it. It’s got big funky letters that look like their out of a comic book with some explosive Nickelodeon type graphics behind it. Kind of an odd mix if you ask me but I guess comic book font and children shows go together. Now she looks kind of like a cat crawling through the forest, snarling her teeth at the camera. A bit scary, I’m not sure what the photographers were thinking with this one.

She’s got some gold around her neck and a bracelet on her arm, not bad for someone who’s never produced an album before. Now, if you look at her head, what’s up with that? It’s a hat of some sort that looks more like a swimming cap. Running down the hat she has pink hair that looks like its almost as long and as tall as she is, it’s hard to tell from the pictures. Showing off her tattoos and ambitious life style she’s sure to attract some attention though. Her songs will be introduced on iTunes as well so don’t worry about leaving the house for the CD, try out the previews and post here about whether or not you felt her music. She’s signed with Young Money and looking to collaborate with Kanye West and Swizz Beatz so maybe this isn’t what I think it is. I probably should stay clear from picking out all these negative points I’m seeing too. I’d more like to hear what you have to say about it and most importantly, about her music.
