Nicki Minaj Check It Out Single Cover – Nicki Minaj recently revealed the cover art for her upcoming single featuring Will.I.Am titled “Check It Out.” The song made its way online earlier in the week, and the cover shows Minaj and Will penned graphically. It is an interesting choice for a cover, but Minaj is known for pushing the boundaries. Both of them are wearing what appears to be futuristic superhero outfits, and the picture itself is comic book styled.
Along with the release of her new single, Minaj has been announced as a performer at the VMA’s pre-show, which will mark her first solo televised performance. It will be interesting to see how well she does during her first solo show. She will warm up the audience with her current hit “Your Love,” and has said that she was honored to be given the opportunity.
She is also currently tapped to be an award presenter at the show. As part of the world’s hottest label, Lil’ Wayne’s Young Money, Minaj seems poised to take her spot in the rap industry. Earlier this year, her label mate, Drake, was able to sell more than 400,000 copies of his debut album. He was quickly overshadowed by the release of Eminem’s album, but Drake did recently reach platinum status. It will be interesting to see how well Minaj is able to do on the Billboard charts with her debut release. She has a strong female following, and makes songs that empower women to be the people that they would like to be.
