Heidi Montag On Drugs? Heidi Addicted To Painkillers? – Apparently Kristin Cavallari isn’t the only “Hills” cast member allegedly popping illegal pills.
According to a new report, Heidi’s “friends” are worried she’s become hooked on painkillers post-surgery. “She’s a shell of her former self,” a show insider told Us Weekly.
The source added that she and husband Spencer Pratt have “crossed over to this bizarre place. They are addicted to the fame,” the source said. “As The Hills winds down and people start to care less, they are desperate to get back that high.”
A friend of Heidi’s said that if it weren’t for Spencer, Heidi would be far away from LA, saying, “If it weren’t for him, she’d be a mom in the suburbs.”
Heidi’s rep calls the addiction rumor “completely ridiculous.”
Recently in the press, Heidi has been complaining of how her body feels post-op. She could barely chew a hamburger in Monday night’s season premiere of The Hills, and also complained recently of not being able to exercise anymore.
Meanwhile, “Speidi” are reportedly getting their very own brand new reality show.
The couple has already started shooting footage for the new show. A source revealed to X17Online, “They’re filming their own show right now about their real lives. It’s about the ‘real’ Heidi and Spencer.”
A camera crew has been following them around to every appearance they make so they have enough footage for the show. This video dates back to a few years ago, and the compilation will serve as a “behind-the-scenes look at their lives.”
“There is a ridiculous amount of material that they’ll be able to use,” said a source. Their rep added, “They have in fact been filming.”
Speidi has been pretty vocal about wanting their own show. Back in October 2008, the couple told HollyScoop.com that they were upset for not having more airtime on MTV. When we asked if they wanted their own reality show, Montag said, “Ya eventually, we’re just waiting for The Hills and were just doing that right now and then after.”

She needs to kill herself cuz her strained relationship with Spencer and him alienating her from those who were loyal to her is killing her slowly anyway. She’s a bimbo and her life is pointless, as is. If it wasn’t for her beef with LC (I think that’s her name), who would really know or care who she was? Sad.

She had surgury in November and it’s six months later and she is still in pain. I’d hardly call that taking something needlessly. However I agree the two of them are addicted to fame and are totally split from any real reality……the paradox of “reality” tv, as it’s anything but. But if you are reading this article, and you are reading what I’m writing about it, then you are fueling their sickness. So what does that say about you and me? Think about it. Maybe if we’d all simply ignore the “reality”, the problem would go away. But we don’t. WE just keep watching. And watching and reading. So who is really addicted?
well to the “How can someone be addicted to painkillers so fast.” it really only takes one time to get hook and if you constantly using for even a month you can start to feel withdrawls… especially in 6 months u can get full blown withdrawls…honestly im a recoverying addicted and in my addiction sh*t happens and to more people then you would honestly thiink
