Wesley Snipes was charged with tax fraud today on an indictment that alleges he didn’t file federal income tax returns from 1999 through 2004 and conspired with two others (including an accountant) to file two amended returns for 1996 and 1997 which fraudulently claimed tax refunds of almost $12 million. The conspiracy and false claim charges each carry a maximum sentence of five years in prison and a $200,000 fine and each charge of failing to file income tax returns carries a maximum sentence of up to one year in prison and a $100,000 fine. Shame, Shame, Shame.
Rapper Fabolous was shot in the leg early this morning in a New York parking garage when an identified man approached and opened fire on him and three of his friends after they had left Justin’s restaurant. Fabolous was hit in the thigh before he and his friends sped away in their car, running a red and attracting the attention of police who were responding to calls that shots had been fired. The car was stopped and everyone was arrested when they found two unlicensed loaded guns in the Benz. I bet all this was over some stupid shit. SHAME, SHAME, SHAME.
.Jada has been living a rockstar lifestyle touring with her band Wicked Wisdom while her husband stays busy working on various film projects. Before hitting up last night’s Fuse Fangoria Chainsaw Awards, she decided to sit down in Keylolo’s styling chair. While Jada has been making rather interesting selections in her hairstyles recently , this is probably the most bold out of the bunch. But hey, whatever. Just don’t up future award shows with Ricky Racoon sitting on top of your head. What do you think of her new do?
Over the summer, I post a couple of tunes that from Tamia’s new album ‘Between Friends’. The album is a decent album filled with great ballads, and sexy tunes. The only downfall about this album was that it’s only being released in Africa. Recently, the beautiful people at CL took notice to see if the project was still being pushed and to their discovery, she’s working on a new video. The video is for “Can’t Get Enough†and I cannot wait to see it!

.Sean ‘Diddy’ Combs isn’t convinced his longtime girlfriend Kim Porter is expecting twin girls, even though test results reveal the twins are female. The star says the new additions to the family are due “any minute now”, but remains sceptical about the doctor’s prediction. He explains: “See, I was never one on technology. They’re saying its girls, but I’ll believe it when I see it. “I’m just that type of person. I just can’t really believe it - I need to really see it. I don’t know. In this world anything can happen. People are wrong about other things. “I just want to wait. I’m patient. It’s not about what they are as long as they are healthy and beautiful.” Combs says the couple don’t have any names picked out and want to wait until the twins actually arrive. He adds: “I’m a spur-of-the-moment guy. I’m going to wait right there and at that moment when I see them, the names come. It’s the royal twins!”
